What Is Your Body Trying To Tell You?

Are you suffering from unexplained aches and pains?

Did they come on suddenly or have you been struggling with these pains and/or injuries for a while with no relief?

If this pain is not a direct result of an accident completely out of your control – I would like to suggest that it could be from suppressed emotions trying to get your attention.  This may be a bit hard to believe for some – yet if you are willing to approach things from a different perspective  – you may be surprised what your body is trying to tell you.

The Mind/Body Connection is quite amazing. When the emotional body has an injury that isn’t expressed or resolved – it can manifest as physical pain.  Some correlate certain body parts to specific types of emotions or representations of internal conflicts.

For example ~

Back pain or shoulder pain can be a result of feeling intense burdens – “Carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders.”

Foot or ankle pain – not being able to move forward in life….not taking the next step.

Neck pain or chronic sore throat – could mean not feeling empowered to speak your truth – or feeling irritated by someone or a situation.

Chest pain – could be stress, heart ache, anger and/or depression, need to forgive and release yourself or others.

Every person has their own story written in their emotional body.  Pain in the knee for one person could mean feeling unstable or not being in balance – where it could indicate something completely different for another person.  We are all so unique – it is essential that we do not “prescribe” a quick fix with general emotional associations.  When we take time to drop into the body and reflect on the pain – asking questions about the origin of the pain – we can unlock hidden wounds and beliefs living in our hearts and minds.  Unraveling these emotions releases the need for the referred physical pain.

If you would like to explore your physical pain from an different perspective and would like some support in doing trance work – I would be honored to assist you.
